Hi! I’m Lucia, a Somatica® coach specialising in intimacy, sexuality, and relationships. My journey into this work is deeply personal. After experiencing disconnection from my body for much of my life, I set out on a path of healing—exploring somatic work, conscious communication, trauma healing, and sacred sexuality. Along the way, I discovered that intimacy isn’t just about others—it starts within.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all approaches. Every person’s experience is unique, and so is the way we heal, connect, and thrive. My role isn’t to give you answers, but to walk beside you as you explore what intimacy, embodiment, and authentic connection mean for you.

Sex & intimacy coaching is a therapeutic relationship created between you and your coach, with the intention of supporting your desires for exploration and growth.
